The restaurant service is open to the public and to those who stay overnight at Villa San Rocco. Seasonal vegetables grown naturally and local raw materials or chosen from the best products the market has to offer. We make our own traditional pasta: gnocchi, passatelli, stuffed tortelli, tagliolini with fava bean flour from the “I Lubachi” farm in the nearby Fratte Rosa.
But our greatest strength is meat: excellent cuts of the best Italian, Central European and international selections are kept in our hanging cellar. More and more combinations will be at your disposal, paired with excellent wines from the Terracruda, Cignano and Bucchini companies, or from other local wineries and prominent national wineries.
